Youko Kadomatsu is a second-year student at Imamiya Girls' High School in Nagano Prefecture and a supporting character of the manga "Saki". She is a close friend of teammate Mai Tanaka, and the two often ridicule their tournament opponents.

Youko is one of the fastest players in her school who can create a winning hand.
