Joka is one of the original people and mentor of Dakki.

When the original people came to Earth she proposed to annihilate it and re-shape into replica of their old home. The others couldn't convince her no to do that, so they imprisoned her in a special dimension. Even though she was weakened, she was still alive and stood true to her original plan for this planet.
