Seems to be one of the Seven Swordsmen. He is protecting the Mizukage while on their journey to the Kage Summit. He seems to be unsure about himself. He appears to wield some form of dual weapon (presumably a Sword) linked together by the handles.

At the end of the manga, Chojuro becomes the 6th Mizukage.
